StorySub

Terms of Use

Updated October 9, 2026

These terms describe the use of StorySub, operated by Victor Moreno. For questions about the service, email [email protected].

The service

StorySub lets you record, import, and organize videos on your iPhone, request automatic editing, and export the result. Automatic editing needs an internet connection and processing services. Review the result before publishing: AI systems may interpret images and speech inaccurately.

Account and access

Create your account with Sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple account secure. Update your first and last name in My account. Automatic processing is paid, with no free processing allowance. The operator may grant or remove administrative Pro access for specific accounts.

Monthly subscriptions

StorySub offers 12, 20, or 30 automatic edits per monthly billing cycle, without individual video purchases. The App Store shows the localized price and terms before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store subscription settings. Deleting your StorySub account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Your allowance becomes available at the start of each billing cycle confirmed by Apple. Unused monthly edits expire at the end of the cycle and do not roll over. One edit provides one new automatic video of up to five minutes. It is used when uploads finish and the job enters the queue. Opening, reviewing, or exporting an existing edit again does not use another unit. If server processing fails, the unit returns to its original cycle and retains that cycle's expiration. Previously purchased one-time credits retain their original terms.

Each video file and voiceover may be up to five minutes long. Without a voiceover or base video, all clips combined must also fit within five minutes. File size and count limits may be shown in the app.

Failures, purchases, and refunds

If an edit fails on the server, its credit automatically returns to your balance. Internet or device interruptions may require you to resume an upload or export. Unconfirmed purchases do not provide credits until Apple validates them.

Apple manages payments and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com. A refund or revocation removes the associated credits; if already used, the adjustment may affect your available balance. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under applicable law.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep the rights to your content. You authorize only the processing needed to perform the edit and provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use, respect the privacy and consent of people you record, and do not use the app for unlawful activities or to violate others' rights.

Storage and deletion

Projects stay on your device. Export and keep videos you want to preserve. Account deletion removes your profile, ends access to your balance, and starts removal of associated data as described in the Privacy Policy. Signing out does not delete local projects.

Availability and updates

The service may undergo maintenance, updates, and outages. We will communicate material changes to access conditions. Apple's app terms also apply, including its standard license agreement where relevant.
